A couple months ago Jen told me she really likes Xerpi because it helps her organize things. She enjoys creating categories and putting the right links in the right box. This was the first time I had heard about the joy Xerpi can bring to organizers but since then a lot of people have told me they love it because it helps them organize. People will say things like, "Xerpi is so much fun. All my links are all organized and neat. I love it!"

I've never really liked organizing. Ever since I was a kid organizing is something that has given me a bit of back-of-the-mind stress like, “man I need to clean up my room,” or, “I really need to sort out my closet.” I love using Xerpi so I was starting to feel a little proud of my new organizational skills. I was even going to let my mom know how much I’d matured from my messy-room childhood.

Well I just noticed my Xerpi page is a complete mess. There are tons of links and random blocks without names on it. There are links in wrong boxes and multiple links of the same site saved in different boxes. There are even random tag boxes with no titles so I’m not even sure what I’m tagging. To top it off when I saw my Xerpi I was thinking, “I better set aside some time to clean up my Xerpi.” This cracked me up and made me realize I have not converted.

I have learned that Xerpi’s not just for organizers anymore.

As for me I’ll clean up my Xerpi tomorrow…
