What They're Saying
May 10th, 2007
"Let's imagine that you're traveling..." writes a 25-year-old blogger in New York. "What if there was a site where you could save all your information ...no matter where you are in the world...all of your favorite links and websites were at your fingertips?"
Applauding Xerpi for being "well organized and easy to navigate," she ultimately decides it's "a new website with a pop."
And she's not the only one.
In Western Canada, blogger John Chow agreed to do a review of the site -- and reached the same opinion. "The homepage is very clean, and extremely easy to use... This is great for a mobile techie, or someone who works from multiple computers or locations...!" (See our response to John's post, by Xerpi founder Con Way Ling!)
John's post triggered over 70 comments from his readers. ("Will definitely try it out; I've been looking for a reliable site like this one for a while now.") There was even a response from Singapore -- and it was this buzz that inspired a 20-year-old blogger in Idaho to check out Xerpi too. "I'll be the first to admit that I probably have more bookmarked sites than I really need," Cody Staub wrote on Monday, "but then again who doesn't? The real problem I have is organizing them and being able to use them on the go..." Cody also ended up applauding Xerpi's clean interface and easy sign-up process.
What will people say next about Xerpi? Yahoo can't be happy that in April someone posted on their bulletin board asking if the best way to get search results was still -- Google. But even more interesting was the reaction. Someone in the comments thread suggested no; the best way to get find good results on the web was:
Xerpi.
Who knows what they'll say next!
